Free Electrical Waste Workshops
Re-Fuse workshops explore the issue of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) with 9-11 year olds.
Our Re-Fuse leader will bring the world of electrical waste into the classroom exploring the issues surrounding e-waste and leading six hands-on activities including; dismantling, basic repairs and salvaging.

Children will learn about the widespread impact of e-waste, what critical minerals are inside and how they can make well informed choices about buying new, upgrade options and what to do with broken or unwanted tech and e-waste.

We’re delighted to have won the Bronze award for educational excellence for this project at the Global Good Awards and we can’t wait to bring our workshop into your classroom.

It is so great to see students really thriving in this session. The practical nature just brings out the best in them…and I’ve learnt such a lot as a teacher and adult as well.
